The staff was very helpful especially with helping me to figure out when to get the ferry to catch my bus and also scheduling a taxi. The air conditioning worked well.
The WiFi did not work at all in my room or on my balcony. I had to go outside my door to connect. The furnishings were dated. The electricity in the room only worked when you put your key in a slot, so the AC would shut off when you left and nothing would charge if you left it plugged in. The location wasn't great, it was up a steep hill. Grocery and convenience stores were not nearby.
